Shipping Policy

We offer free shipping within the U.S. All U.S. orders ship via UPS Ground, Fedex or USPS within 3 days and typically arrive within 2-5 days of shipping. If you need your order sooner, rush delivery options are available at checkout for an additional fee. We typically ship orders on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. 

Standard international orders typically arrive within 7–14 days. International shipping is free for orders over $350.  Orders under $350 will ship with a flat rate of $35.  If there are additional duties incurred the receiver is responsible for settlement.  We don't offer exchanges for international orders at this time. We typically process all returns on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. 

For custom pieces and pre-order items, please allow up to 3-4 weeks for shipping, unless otherwise notified due to high demand or material delays.  Custom items from our bespoke offering are not eligible for returns or exchanges. 

We do not offer free return labels at this time.
