Shipping & Delivery
We ship to Canada for a flat rate of $35 and we ship internationally for a flat rate of $55 , NOTE: this does not include customs and duties in your country. *** Deliveries outside of the US may be subject to local import duties and taxes. Customs and duties vary greatly and at this time we are unable to accommodate those costs. You may incur additional costs to clear your items on your end. Please note, we will not be able to refund you duties charges paid if you decide to return your items.***
There is a flat rate shipping of $10 for all shipments with in the US for packages under 5 lbs and $19.50 for packages between 5-10lbs. We do not offer free returns at this time.
custom pieces and preorder items usually ship within 3 weeks, unless notified otherwise due to high demand or delays in raw materials.
Return Policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return, and 14 days to request an exchange. We do not offer free return labels at this time.
All refunds are subject to a 3% restocking fee on the value of what you are returning.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We are not responsible for delayed, lost or stolen packages. However, we will do our best to help rectify any situation we can.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned. Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) can not be returned.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on final sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
